You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. You'll let us know if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
- We can refuse or cancel an order at any time — for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock.
- Subscription orders renew automatically on your chosen cadence at the price shown at the time of renewal.
Intellectual property
All content on Zovi.co — words, images, formulations, the wordmark — belongs to Zovi Inc. You may share it for personal, non-commercial use with credit.
Liability
Zovi is a personal care brand, not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or known allergy, talk to a dermatologist first. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
