Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International one-time orders are available through select third-party retailers.
Costs
- Standard shipping: $5 flat, free on orders $35+.
- Express (2-day): $12, free on orders $75+.
- Every subscription order ships free, every time.
Processing & delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Brooklyn studio. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as the package leaves us.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@zovi.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
