The 30-day promise
If a Zovi product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We'll cover the return shipping for any order placed in the US.
What's eligible
- Unopened products in original packaging.
- Opened products that didn't work for your skin — we want honest feedback.
- Damaged or defective items, replaced free of charge.
What's not eligible
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Gift cards, sample kits, or limited edition drops marked final sale.
How to start a return
Email support@zovi.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same 30-day window. You can also cancel or skip an upcoming shipment from your account before it ships — no return needed.
